The first time I picked up a hammer was 17 years ago in Australia, helping out a builder, when I was backpacking around the country. When I came home over a year later, I decided that I really enjoyed building and I did my apprenticeship with two local builders rotorua who taught me so many valuable skills that I still use today. Growing up as a kid I used to love working with timber and I think that is when I realised building was in my blood. Today with all the experience and skills that I’ve mastered over the years, I now am a Licenced Building Practitioner and a member of the Certified Builders Association. I am passionate about consistently providing clients with high quality craftsmanship as my attention to detail is meticulous. A lot of people have a vision of a builder as old, grumpy and set in their ways. I’d like to change that. At NuHomes & Renovations we share a RELATIONSHIP with our customers, we make sure all of your concerns are always being answered by giving you assurances and ample of time to make the CORRECT decision which would suit you the BEST. We essentially GUIDE you through the entire building process from start to finish and we strive to maintain a ‘No Hidden Cost’ policy, and flexibility to meet your build needs. Nuhomes & Renovations have been in the industry for over 9+ years servicing Rotorua with high end RENOVATIONS and NEW BUILDS. Prior to this we were called JM Builders BOP Limited. However in 2016 we decided to change our company name to NuHomes & Renovations rotorua to reflect the growth and expansion of our company and to better align our name with the scope of services we provide you from high end RENOVATIONS to architecturally NEW BUILDS. Over the years we have established a great working relationship with our customers and developed a base of highly skilled subcontractors who have proven themselves to be reliable and trustworthy. We are business members of the New Zealand Certified Builders Association, providing the additional assurance to our clients that their investments will be protected as we can offer the best building guarantee in the industry.
