Welcome to LG Consulting, where we specialise in navigating the resource consents process for construction and subdivision projects in New Zealand, so you can spend your time doing…well, anything else. We listen to your needs and work closely with you, your consultants and council. We ensure your ideas and goals are heard and implemented while giving practical and realistic planning advice. We stand for transparency, communication and people, in an industry that can often be very transactional. We care strongly for our clients and network of amazingly skilled contractors and experts! As much as we focus on the technical aspect of the Planning Industry, our approach is to inject logic, common sense and practical solutions to our work, while maintaining positive and productive relationships with Councils nationwide. We have extensive experience with residential land use and subdivision resource consents (multi- unit and single home) and are also able to assist with regional consents. Our loyalty has and will always be to our clients. We are open to pushing the boundaries while always ensuring we set realistic expectations and map out alternative solutions if required.
